LaserSoft Imaging

I've just tried to start SF8 only to get prompted for serialisation again.
I've been using SF8 for several months.
I got SE Plus version 6 with my Plustek 7600i and took the option for a free upgrade to SE Plus v8 and have been using it ever since.

Current version I'm using is SF-8.0.1r15(Plustek)_x64 .

I've used this version successfully within the past three days but now I'm getting the message box asking for serialization.

When I enter my "new" (v8) serial number and hit "Unlock"it says I need to insert original media
If I use my "old" (v6) serial it doesn't recognise it
