LaserSoft Imaging

i was one of the early downloaders of Ai 6 for the Nikon LS4000 with IT8 before the warning was put up. Somehow i entered the feature CD serial number from 5.5 and got my new serial number for Ai 6. When i tried to serialize, it told me that the new serial number was only good for features and not the base product. Help !

I have the same problem. i sent an e-mail to support, but haven't received a response for a few days.

I purchased and downloaded AI6 upgrade for my Epson 2450 Photo and I get the same error - serial number is only good for add-ons. I entered the IT8 serial number when purchasing.
