LaserSoft Imaging

I am renting a OpticFilm7200 plustek, which I know almost nothing about. The man I rent it from said no CDRom was needed, but the instructions call for one, which he says he doesn't have. Is there a way to install without the CD, or should I just give up and return the scanner back to him?

Please do not take me wrong, we want to help everybody but our licences are not for renting. The person who rented the software to you might be doing it illegally.
Also that person is responsible for providing support, including of course a way to serialize the software on your machine.

Probably it will be cheaper for you to buy one Plustek with the software for yourself than renting it from that guy.
