Installing SilverFast SE - Installation CD required?

Just paid by credit card for a serial number for SilverFast SE (Adobe plug-in for Epson Perfection 2450). But when I type the number in the Serialize dialog, it says "Please Insert your installation CD into the CD-ROM drive".

What installation CD? I thought the software I downloaded was all I needed? Unless this means my Adobe 6.0 installation CD (but that didn't seem to work anyway).

I have the (demo) version of SE that is meant for my scanner, and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it.

Any suggestions?

Hi, some of the installers posted previously were cross-linked. Please re-download the SE version for your scanner and try again. It should work with the serial you were issued, and should not ask for the CD. If the problem persists, please let me know. Also please include the platform you are running on (Mac, Windows, OS X)
