Problems with v6.6.0r5

I've installed and reinstalled the new silverfast Ai v6.6.0r5 after it prescans I cannot get a clear image. Below is a link to what I see after I prescan and I know it's not the scanner because the software that came with my epson v750 scans correctly.
I've never experience this problem, has anyone else?

Dear tejano06,

What you are experiencing is not a problem at all. You have selected a frame which does not contain any film and SilverFast makes the automatic exposure for that, hence the dark overview of the film holder, if you select another frame you will probably see the film stripe.

Hi, thanks for responding but I have film on both sides of the film holder.

Then perhaps you have not change to transparency negative mode.
