Upgrade Installation Problem

Hello everyone

I own Ai IT8 6.5 for use with a Nikon LS4000 scanner. I just purchased an upgrade to the AiIT8 Studio(Multiple Exposure)6.6 I download the Ai IT8 Studio and went through the installation process without a problem. However, when I try to use with Photoshop, I keep getting my old Ai IT8 software and not the Studio(Multiple Exposure) version. Can someone please tell me how to get the new program to work in Photoshop. Should I have deleted the old Ai IT8 6.5 version first? Would appreciate advice.

Dear Lowell,

you will need to delete the old serial number in order to use the new one to unlock the SilverFast Ai IT8 Studio features.
Please start the SF Launcher and use it to enter the ServiceMode of SilverFast in order to delete the old serial number.

Here is a guide how to enter the service mode, please note there is described how to delete the prefs but you must actually delete the serial number so use the second option "delete serial number file" in the service dialog
