Plustek and Lasersoft

Ive purchased a Plustek film scanner(from Amazon) along with Lasersoft scanning software. The software only shows as a Demo version. This should not be happening.
Can anyone on the forum please advise how to resolve this problem???

Dear FOS
SilverFast must be activated using the 30 digits serial number (6blocks x 5 digits each) for this purpose. The serial number is usually printed on a sticker which is to be found either on the CD box or acompanying booklet for SilverFast.
It is also important that you have the original CD of SilverFast iserted in the computer drive before starting SilverFast (this should be made for the product activation only once).
Should you have any issues I suggest you contact support directly using the support assistant (and the online form you will find at the end of the assistant)

Dear Dgub,
If you do not have the number but have registered it on our website, you can go to our support section and request your serial number. If you do not have registered the serial number there is not much we can do.
