Trying to check latest demo version of AI Studio. My scanner is Epson 4490. Got strange problem. I install everything this way:
1. Install Epson Scan.
2. Epson Scan works.
3. Install SF AI demo.
4. Try to launch SF - it is unable to find scanner. Epson scan is unable to find scanner too.
5. I reinstall Epson Scan.
6. Now SF and Epson scan can find my scanner, but there is no ICE option on SF, everything is on it's place, but no ICE.
What should I do to fix it? :)

windows ? which version ? XP or Vista ?

epson drivers 3.04a ?

Mac ? os x 10.?

don't know if there is any difference between 3.04 and 3.04a.

Delete the preference files for SF and restart. i don't believe that these are deleted when SF is uninstalled.

You may also have to delete any files (not directory) under twain, twain32, or twunk directories in an EPSON or SF subdirectory.
