LaserSoft Imaging

It looks like AI has lost its link to the correct plugins and I do not know where to tell it to go. AI starts and then asks me to choose the correct plugin path. I am using Adobe Photoshop elements and I thought AI was supposed to link to that. I cannot get past the start screen.
