acknowledged. The connectivity trouble with the Expression 836XL under
Leopard can be confirmed by LSI internal tests. It has been classified as a bug internally, although we didn't claim that combination is supported at all. Still, this shows that we definitely planning to tackle the issue.
As we yet cannot estimate how time-consuming it will be to "fix" that, however, I right now can neither say when or even if we ultimately can provide a solution for this. But if, this will come as a free
update for users of version 6.5 as normally. Users of version 6.0-6.4 need to
purchase an
upgrade to the latest product generation.
