Unreadable Serial Number

Problems with installing SilverFast

Unreadable Serial Number

I had to reload my version of SilverFast Ai but I can not read the SN on the box completely. There used to be a nice woman to call at Longboat Key but the phone is out of service.

How can I get my serial number?

Sonny,

I have tried and it can not be sent because one of the required fields serial number is blank.

I have tried in using one of the sale contact information and when I click submit it does nothing but bring up the same frame.

No email is being forwarded even though Forward a copy of this email to me is checked.
