My silverfast 6.4 has worked fine since bought in January.

Now it will not accept the serial number provided by you. You sent a copy saying it was not complete yet the number sent was the same number.

I am still waiting for a work around so I may continue working on my projects. It's been at least a couple of weeks. Any help would be appreciated.
