LaserSoft Imaging

I have had some problems installing Silverfast Ai Version 6.2.XX,
and Version 6.4.XX.

The details are found in the several e-mails that I have sent, but I cannot seem to get a response from any of the Tech support.

In the past two weeks, I have sent 3 e-mails and submitted a second request for tech support. I have not gotten any response.

Should I post the details here? Am I doing something wrong? Did I make someone angry? I feel like I have been blacklisted or something.

Any help or response would be appreciated.

Don't take it personally. Their support is beyound bad. They treat all their customers with indifference and distain.
