Resetting / initialising silverfast?

I have some problems with sf 6.4.4.7. It keeps on asking for a trancperancy profile, even when setting internal->output to RGB. The transparancy is also grayed out, so there is nothing to select.
I now there is a way (key combination) to reset Silverfast during startup, but I forgot it?
Maybe deleting some files?
Please tell me...

You may also use this method to reach the button for removing the preferences:
Start SilverFast using the SF_Launcher. If "start automatically" is activated, SilverFast will be started, too. Close down SilverFast while leaving the SF_Launcher open.
On a Windows system, press: Shift+S+F (On a Macintosh, use Alt+Shift+S+F) and click the "Start" button of the SF_Launcher while (keep the keys pressed). Instead of SilverFast, the "Service Dialogue" window will appear.

hi, i'm new to this forum, hoping to get some help here... :-? (sorry for my english..)
something is wrong with my sf-software (6.4...), i can't start it at all. whenever i try to do so, the launcher is started, but when it tries to launch sf, it's shut down instantly. when it was still working (2 weeks ago), i checked the "start automatically" checkbox, and now i can't uncheck it.
i've tried uninstallling several times, i've deleted all sf-files, even the registry-keys, but everytime i'm installing again, the checkbox is still checked. so i assume, that i've forgotten to delete a file or setting. has anybody got an idea?
greetings, sebastian
