Wrong email entered

Hi,

A few days ago I posted a support question to SilverFast support email, and I haven't got a reply, so I thought I'd try the forum.

I bought the Epson V700, and SilverFast 6 SE was bundled with it.
I accidentaly entered the wrong email address and now I can't get the update as I can't complete the registration (due to the incorrect email address).

I tried re registering my serial number, but it keeps sending the confirmation email to the old email address (even though I specified the new correct email in the registration).

Why is there a seperate download for each model instead of brand ?

dear Krisztian,

we changed your registration - please check youe e-mail.

Why is there a seperate download for each model instead of brand ?

It?s because the scanner model are different.

Kind regards

Christoph

Hi,

I tried this again and after trying to register my serial, I got the following:-

Dear customer,

Thank you for registering your copy of SilverFast! Email with registration information was send to kjonas1975@msn.com.au.

Please follow instructions inside to complete your registration.

As you can see it is still using the incorrect email (kjonas1975@msn.com.au).

I made sure I entered the correct email kjonas1975@msn.com

I can't beleive how long this is taking to fix. I will be making a complaint to Epson to make sure your product is not pre packaged with their hardware.

This is incredible. I still haven't heard anything from Lasersoft regarding my problem, which has been going on for over two weeks.

I was going to upgrade to the full Ai version, however I will just purchase v**s**n as I can't even use SilverFast SE as I can't complete registration.

I am an Analyst/Programmer in Australia, and if we treated our customers like Lasersoft has, we would have been out of business a long time ago.
