Wrong Installation

I was getting a "error in scan start: cannot calibrate scanner" on OSX so i thought i would reinstall the software. i am licensed for Silverfast SE and have that installed but i accidentally downloaded and installed the current Silverfast Ai thinking that was an update which i am not licensed for. i tried to reinstall SE but am not able to.

How do i remove the Ai installation from my MAC 10.4 and why was i getting that error to begin with?

i have a UMAX Powerlook 1100 scanner if that helps.

dear itons,
please delete the folder: " SilverFast Application " >> HD: Programs / SilverFast Application and reinstall your SilverFast SE version.

Please check, it the scanner is found by the Apple System Profiler.
