LaserSoft Imaging

Please help me to run SilverFast software.

After starting the SilverFast application I am getting the following error:

The instruction at "0x7c911c48" referenced memory at "0x006d005b".
The memory could not be "read".
Click okay to terminate program or cancel to debug.

Based on the error I am assuming you are using Windows. Try un-installing the application; then restart your computer; then download the latest version of SilverFast and install it with your virus software disabled.

If you still have problems you may need to run a spyware scan or two on your computer, and for good measure you should also make sure that you have installed all of the critical updates from Microsoft.
