LaserSoft Imaging

Hello,
i have a Braun Slidescan 3600 and buy today the following software online:
SilverFast Se Plus 6 (Reflect Silverscan 1800/3600)
After installing the software, i try to register, but it wont register.
I have the exact serienr. that i receive from LaserSoft Imaging.

What is wrong,,,,
