Cannot install as serial is accepted but keeps asking to amend name?

Dear fox,

is it that you do not want to enter your name ?

If you do enter your name, make sure you are enterig it exactly as you did during the online purchsing process.

If your SE is bundled with the scanner just enter any name and you should be fine.
