SE Plus problem

Hi

I reported this to the email support team about three weeks ago [Ticket: 2005051010000275] but, apart from a brief contact a week back, I have not had my problem resolved. So I've decided to go public and see if anyone else can solve it, or at least force Lasersoft to do something about it for me.

Running SE plus for a Canon FS4000US in Mac OS10.3.9. Using Photshop Elements 3.

When I click on the 'Options' button I do not get a 'CMS' tab.

I have profile(s) for my scanner which OSX, Apple Colorsync and v**s**n recognise as ICC profiles. They are in the correct folder (Library>colorsync>profiles). I sent them to Lasersoft last week to be checked, but no response.

I have tried re-installing the Filmget FS software, Elements and Silverfast, but no improvement.

If Silverfast isn't recognising my profile, how can it be making colour-accurate scans?

When will I get an answer?

I must apologize - I accidentically set your ticket to "resolved" status instead of "reminder"... I shouldn't be working too much on Sundays, it seems :oops:
Please pardon my mistake. BTW, a further email would have re-opened your ticket, too.

Sorry, but there had already been an extensive delay, and looking at other posts on these forums does show that delays are common. Just thought this might get things moving.
