i can't upgrade

1. I had to remove panther (10.3) and install jaguar (10.2.8) to make Silverfast accept my serial number.

2. I cannot make upgrade. I have SE 6.2.1.r3 version, and latest version is 6.2.2r1

3. clicked Web Update button and wizard says that I already have latest version, and after that reports generic error.

so...I need tech. support :)

for contacting SilverFast support staff, please don't use the imaging forum, which is provided by LaserSoft Imaging as a place for imaging professionals to exchange ideas and knowledge, but the problem report form which is to be found under "Support" > "Contact support".

However, the solution is actually simple. You can download the latest SE version from "Download" > "SilverFast Update" > a.s.o.
