LaserSoft Imaging

I am having problems with entering serial number. I have read alll the Faqs on the support site and nothing seems to work. I have unistalled scanner and
reinstalled. And also software from everywhere I can find on hard drive. But whenever I install software the serial number will not unlock software.

Please help!
