purchased silverfast wrong serial number

i purchased silverfast for a microtek scanner e6 and was given a serial for epson now my cd is lost and support won't help me i registered the serial and got a username and password for epson download but does me no good need microtek can anyone help me need this like yeasterday thx

support won't help you? Please excuse me, but I doubt that.
Please contact SilverFast support staff ( http://www.silverfast.com/problemreport/en.html ) with "to noack" in the top line of the problem description.
Please do state the serial number and as much of helpful information for me to understand what had happened to you.

It looks to me like he's trying to play Lasersoft for fools. Maybe he should just email Adobe and see if they can send him a Photoshop CS CD that he "lost" along with a serial #, while he's at it. :wink:

Sadly, I've seen this little ploy on other forums, and often times it works with a forum member saying, "I'll email it to you".
