LaserSoft Imaging

I just recently moved to NY. I just shot my first job and now need to scan in my film. I figured I should have the latest version of Silverfast so I download and installed. I come to find out, that I need the original CD in order to complete the serialization. I can't find my CD, I just moved to NY, it's in a box packed away somewhere... maybe!!! Is there a way around this? Help... I need to scan!

you can get a new CD from LaserSoft Imaging, but we would need to have a proof of purchase. If you ordered from us directly you should have a customer number or an invoice number (or both).
If not and you have a proof of purchase (receipt or something which explicitely states that you bought SilverFast (which release version, for / in combination with which scanner).
Don't hesitate to contact LaserSoft Sales for help in this matter.
