LaserSoft Imaging

Hi - just purchased Silverfast-iSE and I recieved the email serialization instructions. However it refuses to accept the entries. I am running XP and I am an administrator (yep, I read the FAQ) but still it refuses to accept the serial number and the name that was e-mailed back to me!!!

I tried to install the program as the administrator and it still refuses to accept the serial number!

HELP!!!!!

UPDATE: Just to let everyone know that I got an answer from Martin and Sonny within a day. I got a new serial number and the program runs very well. Thanks for the great software, support and service. It has breathed life into my afga scannner and I am telling everybody to use this software. Thanks!
