Serial Number Problem with SE 6

I am having a problem with the downloaded version of Silverfast SE 6 that I purchased last night. The serial number does not work. I have sent 3 emails and a support email and I haven't received a response. So my frustration level is extremely high.
I'm using Windows XP with the Umax Powerlook III. My photoshop version is 5.5 although I would like to use Silverfast as a standalone.
I have also purchase the book "Silverfast: the official guide" and the reason why I bring this up is because I thought maybe I could use the bundle version in the book but it has very limited versions (I know the book can not have every version for every scanner available on a Cd-Rom, it was only wishful thinking).
I have tried the ise version. I have tried the bse version from your web site.
Please help, I will soon have no hair left on my head!!!

Dear Glet,
Thank you for responding. It's is great to know you are here to help.
I do have a few observations regarding your post.
1. I did download the Powerlook II version of iSE like the website suggested to see if it was compatible with my scanner before I purchased it and the demo version worked like a charm with my Powerlook III/Windows XP. That is why I purchased the software. So if the Powerlook II demo version works with Powerlook III then why not just add a link for Powerlook III using the same software/drivers?
2. There is a version of SE for the Powerlook III under your bundle SE downloads? And can I purchase a CD from Lasersoft or Umax that works with the Powerlook III?
Thank you once again. I am very excited to use your software and I know once this problem with serial number is solved I will be singing the praises of Silverfast SE.

I thought I would take this opportunity to let everyone know my Silverfast problem has been solved!! And the scans I'm getting are worth every hair I pulled out!!! Seriously though, if you are thinking about purchasing Silverfast Software just do it now, you won't regret it.
The support team stayed with me through the entire process to solve my problem!! Their dedication to their customers is the best I've ever encountered.
