I have receive a new scanner
SMARTSCAN 3600 PRO from SMARTDISK - this scanner is IDENTICAL to lth PIE 3600 PRO scanner (the only difference is the logo in front of the case)
But when I try to install silverfast SE for PIE my scanner is not recognized
Who can help me

This scanner is NOT supported by SilverFast software.

Could jou say explain why it is not supported - it is stricly identical !!!!
Can I use silverfast HR?

could you tell me the SilverFast version number you have and your operating system (mac OS9, Mac OSX, Win98, Win2000, etc.)?

The version I have use SILVERFAST 6 SE (bue I wanted to buy the AI version in case of "succes")
My operating system is WINDOWS ME (on one PC) and WINDOWS 2000 (on the other one)
