Silverfast Ai Studio 8 Upgrade

I just purchased an Epson V800 which came with Silverfast SE 8. As I wanted the multi exposure function so I upgraded to Silverfast Ai Studio 8. However, when I open the software, it still says SE up the top left corner and there is no ME button on the vertical toolbar.
Please advise how this can be fixed. I tried downloading it twice, but still no ME button.

Dear Andrew,
make sure you are using the new serial number. Open the Welcome screen's service dialog and check the serial number displayed there. You can exchange it for the new one using the "Upgrade license" button there.
