LaserSoft Imaging

Hi,

I've been using Ai Studio 8 which came bundled with my Plusek 8200i, it works great but only for 35mm.

I just purchased a Epson V850 which was bundled with SE Plus 8.

It's a fairly new i7 computer running Windows 10. As far as I know I have the required drivers (but not positive).

Here is the problem:

I tried to use the V850 for the first time, installed the SE Plus 8 software because I was told each version had it's own related license. Nothing works now. I can't open my Ai version and I can't locate the SE on the computer.

Can I have both versions installed at the same time? If not, which is the better of the two Silverfast versions and will it run both scanners without a license issue?

Dear Rick,

You can install several SilverFast versions on a single computer. They will all install into the same directory. But make sure you always use the latest updates from our website for all of them.
Versions of different releases will not work together.
