I upgraded from SE Plus to AI Studio but AI Studio does not appear in my applications list.
Where is it. How can I start using AI Studio?

SilverFast Ai Studio is not a separate software.
Please exchange the serial number in the Welcome screen's Service Dialog. Using the Upgrade license button.

I tried to upgrade Sf Se plus to Sf studio 8. The upgrade button is not working? Tried with two different browsers.

What can i do?

Dear Mika,

Did you upgrade directly from the Help menu within SilverFast?
If you want to upgrade through our web site please open our store.
There you can purchase the upgrade by selecting "upgrade" as the license type.
Entering your existing serial will provide the discount.
