I have just purchased a Minolta V850 scanner which came with your software. I have registered the software and follwed the screens.
When I start LaserSoft the first screen shows the scanner as being a V800 NOT v850. There is a drop down box but it only shows V800 with no other choice.
The software warns that it is unable to connect to the scanner.
Very disappointed!
What next?

Dear customer,
Please make sure you have installed the latest update from our website.
The V800 and V850 are using the same ID and can not be told apart from each other. This is shown correctly in our current version.
