Installation problems

I have Canon 9000F, Windows 10 and Silverfast SE, wich I got some years ago when I both the scanner. I have until now used Canons own software, but I am not really satisfied with the quality, so I decided to install Silverfast.
I didn´t succeed to install the program correctly.
I got following notice when I tried to install it: Please note: The 64 bit device for the Canon SDK-SE scanner have not yet been installed. Operation system-64 bit If Silverfast doesnt detect the Scanner. please download the drivers from CanonSDK-SE website.
I tried to download the driver, but I found only a 32 bit in the net. Where could I found the correct one, and is this necessary?
When i scan slides, the upper light doesnt lite at all, only the lower light in the body. This is not a connection problem because it works well with Canons own program.
When I try to scan a flat picture, i got the message :An errror occured at the start of the scanning process. Can not send Command "Set WIndow" It doesnt scan at all.
I hope, you can help me to solve this problem
