LaserSoft Imaging

Before I used multi exposure, but now I see that this button has disappeared. I have reenstalled SilverFast 8 and SilverFast HDR and may be it has happened in this connection.
I have not found a setting to turn on or off this button.
I am scanning a reflective, positiv 48 Bit HDR RAW picture.
What did I do wrong?

Dear customer,

Make sure your scanner is in reflective mode.
Multi-Exposure is not available in Reflective.
