The "image source" field in SilverFast application is empty

Hi

Trying to install a plustek 8200i in my windows 7 system (I've done that 3 times now...)
The SF8 app don't find the scanner (see the attached file) though the scanner Icon is visible and OK in the windows bar.
Windows shows an Icon in the printer map. Pushing Quick scan button starts a scanning process on the screen, without any error message but I can't find any new scanned file on my hard drive. Pushing Intelliscan button starts SF (see the attached file)

Hope I can get some help here since I beleive I've done everything required, thanks !

Dear Christian,

your version is outdated.
Please make sure you have the latest SilverFast update from our website and the latest Plustek driver installed.
