Hello!
I tried to install my version of silverfast AI from a USB stick after copying the files from a DVD. Ityped in the registration key, but the system asks for the CD fo rconfirmation. Obviously the system is not satiesfied with the USB stick. What now?

You can always install the latest update from our website.
Our "updates" are always full installation files.

You can exchange your serial for one that doe snot require a CD here on our website.
