I am trying to serialize 6.6 SE. I have registered the product online and received a new serial number. I input the information in the 6 boxes and click unlock silverfast where i get the following

Please do one of the following:
- If you have a SilverFast-CD, please put it in your CD-ROM drive and press OK!
- If have bought SilverFast via Internet, please correct your first and last name!
<OK> button

I have input the first and last name as i have registered, click <OK> and takes me back to the General Information form

Dear customer,

can you please check the e-mail for the serial you got after registering.
You might have gotten a free upgrade to SilverFast 8.
The serial will still require the original CD.

But you can exchange the serial for one that does not require a CD here on our website.

I also have this kind of problem. can anyone help me in this matter, I want to use the program, but not to fix it

I also have exactly the same problem and the instructions for resolution do not work. You get taken around in circles
