Hi,

Since the update(version 8.2.0r3, build 13694 for Plustek Opticfilm 8200i) I got installed just before Christmas I cant use the dust/scratch removal function iSRD. When I try to use iSRD there is no way to get a preview window for a part of the picture, I cant see that the dust is removed when running the automatic mode and if I try to scan the result I get a very small picture file(320kb) as opposed to if I run the Worflow Pilot straight trough without using the iSRD function the picture file is normal(4,4Mb).
Can you explain what I do wrong, the previous version worked fine or show me how I can reinstall the older version please?

I do need to have the iSRD since I am currently scanning lots of old pictures. I had hoped to do this during Christmas but got stuck because of this. I dont think it is a good idea to distribute a new version just before a vacation period as Christmas when there is no support. Of course, I should not have been stupid enough to install it either... since I am a new user and can only do the basic things in your software.

Please come back as soon as possible so I can get started again.

Please check the resolution selected in the scan dimensions dialog.
There you can set the size of the resulting image.

To view iSRD results in the preview you need to select the mark or corrected view and activate the 1:1 or HD Previews.
