SilverFast 8 on Windows Server 2012 R2

I would like to use SilverFast 8 on Windows Server 2012 R2 (eventually on Windows Server 2008 R2). On Windows Server 2012 R2 it terminates with error. How about availability on all Windows platforms above Windows 7?

Dear Mr Wiler,

SilverFast unfortunately does not support Windows server operating systems.

I am running 64-bit SilverFast on Windows Server 2008 R2 without any problems.
