LaserSoft Imaging

I have just bought HDR8 to use with AiStudio but I am unable to access any documentation pdfs or movies in HDR although they are available in Silverfast Ai. I can see the relevant movies in the Shared folder – they just don't open in Silverfast HDR. can this be corrected?
