Serialization problem

I have just bought a plustek 8200ai with SilverFast8. When I have attempted serialization, there are only 6 blocks of numbers on my CD case but there are 7 boxes to input when I try to register.
How can I register my product?

Dear customer,
Did you maybe slip into a wrong window?
SilverFast serials have 6 blocks with five digits each (30 total digits).
The serialisation window has six input fields for the serial:

Thank you for your reply. I clicked on something and I got the right number of boxes. Now all I have to do is to try to master it.
