Downloading/ serial no

I tried to download Silverfast v6 on to my new computer. I submitted the serial-no, but the application is asking for cd or internet key. I do have neither. It has been so long time I bought the sw together with V750 that no CD exists any more.
What should I do in order to get SF in to my use ?

Dear customer,
you can exchange your serial for one bound to your name (download serial) instead of the CD
here on our website.
