LaserSoft Imaging

After updating to Silverfast 8 r37, when I launch Silverfast I get the following message:

"Silverfast has been updated. there are still files that require an update to be compatible. Silverfast will temporarily disable the outdated modules. Please update your Silverfast software for: Braun, Reflecta, PIE family."

I can't find any new software on the Reflecta site for the RPS7200 I use.

Dear Mike,

Some components probably could not be overwritten,

Try uninstalling SilverFast and reinstall the latest update.
(Our "Updates" are always full installation files.

I've been getting this error with the latest r54 update [Mac OSX 10.9.3]. As you suggested, I tried unistalling first, but that didn't help.

Can you please indicate here in the forum which file may be responsible, so that one can manually delete it? I've tried plists but to no avail.

Please download the update again and install that.
We found an outdated file in our last update and have corrected that.
