Download stops at 10 MB

Upgrading from SF Ai Studio 8.0.1r30 to the current 8.0.1.r36.
The download through the service option starts normally and ramps up to sometimes 250 kB/s, sometimes less (130 -150). However the download stops soon after initiation (best so far is 19MB). Stoppage almost always occur when the download rate reaches a maximum. I've tried several times on 18.12 and 19.12 in the late afternoon. Last trial today 19.12 at 17:40 (UIT +2)

We have checked our download server and could not find any issues.
All tests were successful and our logs show that other customers can download without any issues.

Have you tried downloading from our website using your web browser?
