Problems with installing SilverFast

Version 8.0.1r22

Hi,
The programme indicates the new revision (above) is ready for installation however whether I use the "update automatically" or manual update the download halts after about 5MB of download. Anyone else having this problem and what is the solution?

Dear customer,

we only had one customer the days who could not download.
But all other customers have downloaded the release without issues.
Please contact our support in case you require an alternative download.

Not long after sending the post I tried the download again and it down loaded fully and installed with no difficulty. Problem - whatever it was - solved.
