Won't accept the Serial #

I purchased SilverFast 6.0.1r10 as an upgrade online, downloaded the software, received the serial number but that program will not accept it!! I've been extra careful to make 'em 0's and not O's so that's not the problem. What is wrong here?

I might add that I uninstalled the demo first and also I am running a Nikon version of 5.5.2r20 and it's working just fine.

Operating system is Windows 2000 and I?ve installed the Photoshop plug-in version.

please write an e-mail to us with that unexcepted serial number.

I have the same problem. Mailed info@silverfast.com and asked for a new serial yesterday, I am still waiting, eager to begin scanning...
