probleme with reflecta cristalscan 7200

Hello
First : sorry for my english ( i'm french )
I have a problem with a demo of silverfast8 on reflecta crystalscan 7200 .I just install it this morning .
The software is opening normaly but when i try to make a prenumerisation , a new window is opening and it's writing : Cyberview X5 " Your firmware is old , please download new firmware and update it "

And i can't do anything more

Dear customer,

Please download the latest firmware for your device from the Reflecta website.
This is a small about 66kb file with a .bin ending.
It must be placed on the scanner through the cyberview software's "Help" menu.
