Frames have disappeared

Frames have disappeared

The frames in the drop down menu have disappeared (frame, find frames). I am using SE Plus version 8 with Canoscan 9000F. Any ideas on how to import them again? I have tried uninstalling and re-installing.

Did you maybe switch to reflective mode?
