LaserSoft Imaging

I have just installed Silverfast Ai6. However every time I attempt to scan an individual slide, the scanner sounds like it is having a "go" then gives an error message "An error occured at the start of the scanning process. Cannot focus". I can't seen to get around this, any answers?

...send the "SF_Logfile" attached to your email, please.

hold "STRG" / "CTRL" when you start SilverFast and it will be copied to your desktop.
