Silverfast finds wrong scanner

When I start Silverfast, it finds the scanner in my All-In-One printer instead of my Scanjet G4050. Even when I turn it off, it starts slowly and opens with the other scanners profile. I even disconnect the printer and Silverfast still finds it. It will not recognize the G4050. There is no option for me to switch to the G4050. How can I change this?

Dear customer,
please make sure the other scanner is no longer shown in your device manager (win) / system profiler (mac).
The G4050 must be the only device shown there.
For devices attached by network connection the control program might have to be uninstalled because the driver is not unloaded by shutting down the device..
Also make sure you are using an operating
system which is supported for your scanner.
