Does anyone monitor these boards???

I posted a question under the HP ScanJet G4010 thread two weeks ago today. So far my post has been ignored. Does anyone from SilverFast actually read these forums?
I need to know whether SilverFast will be available for the G4010 before Christmas. In a post dated September 26, Nils Heidorn indicated that the G4010 would be added to the list of supported scanners. He did not give a timeframe, but he did seem indicate that it would be some weeks. That was 11 weeks ago, and there has been nothing but silence from SilverFast on this topic since then.
Can someone, anyone, answer my question?
